Since they really like updating, here another news item about Devil Whiskey. This up, it's about distributing the title.

Once again, greetings! Our subtle inquiry in our FAQ (updated again!) regarding physical distribution of Devil Whiskey was answered with an almost overwhelming desire to see such a thing come to pass! As a result, we've decided to offer Devil Whiskey as a shipped product, including a professionally printed manual and CD, in addition to offering it for download! Not only that, but to make up for the fact that it will take time for us to raise the necessary capital to purchase the physical products up front, we will be offering both pre-sales of the physical game, and an upgrade option to those who choose to purchase it for download - for only $15, you will be able to purchase a physical copy of the game once it's available! One last comment - compatibility won't be sacrificed in the physical game either - both Windows and Linux versions will be included in the shipped product!

Good luck on raising the money! Personally, I'm fine with just the downloaded version, but you can't beat a good game manual for that light bathroom reading.

Just as the shower is the optimal place for thinking, the john is the optimal place for learning. I do like the idea of raising capital for the printed manuals and cd's with the download sales, its going to be a lot more work for probably no more money. At least it shows a dedication to their product, which is a good thing.
