A disgruntled Bioware employee, known only as DG, has leaked some Dragon Age dialogues:

How about those retro-reviews? Didn't someone have the idea of reviewing Ultima 7 for the Codex? That might make a read-worthy article.

It's quite clear that the quotation is out of context and that David Gaider had written it as a joke to contribute to the discussion in that particular thread. Gaider like all other Bioware employees will have signed an NDA preventing him from revealing any such information of the game at will.

Drakensang - not much is known, not interested in posting concept art and models
The Witcher - about to be released, it's been discussed to death. All that's left is to see the choices & consequences in action.
Gothic 4 - nothing is known
New PB game - nothing is known

You have forgotten about Age of Decadence, VD. I am eagerly anticipating this game.
Not to mention that there is rumored Wasteland 2 on the horizon... Whether it is an cRPG or 'action-adventure' ( ) remains to be seen, though.
