Word on the street is you need to skip ahead to 11:00 to see the goods. And yes, they say that "Oblivion with Guns" is "no longer an isometric, top-down view, it's essentially become a first person shooter. It's run and gun, shoot zombies and that sort of thing".
<br>
<br>
There's also an interview with Pete at 14:00. Pete says that Bethesda:
<br>
<blockquote>"Have had a large fanbase since 1994 (for Elder Scrolls) and we're used to big passionate fanbases and to doing things in a certain way and to a level of quality. We don't just want to re-iterate the same game over and over though, we want to re-invent it."
<br>
<br>
"We wanted to include real and difficult moral choices to make. New ideas like perspective (1st or 3rd person), VATS. Spent a lot of time trying to capture the dark humour and stuff. If you want to play entirely in real-time, you can. If you want to use VATS all the time, you can. Most people we find use both. Take advantage of VATS in big battles."
<br>
<br>
"Main quest is 25 hours. Well over 100 hours of content for you to find and explore. Encourage you to replay more than once. Play it one time as a good character, play it as an evil character and see how experience is different. Play a stealthy character. Single-player only, no multi-player."</blockquote>

Yes, re-invent it by making it more like Oblivion.
