There's a review of Legends of Aranna over at Next Level Gaming, which rates the game at a rather low 65/100. Basically, it can be summed up with this paragraph here:

The game's AI controls many of your characters' actions automatically, so much so that you hardly have to invest much thought in your actions. Often, combat is reduced to watching your health and mana levels and making sure your characters drink potions as needed or switch over to healing spells. If your idea of a good time is clicking a section of ground ahead of your characters, watching them automatically dispatch a group of enemies, picking up some treasure and doing it all again, then you're going to really enjoy this. I, on the other hand, found myself instead daydreaming of other games I could be playing. For every box, crate or vase (and there are roughly a bajillion) I smashed looking for treasure, my urge to hit Alt-F4 and put in Call of Duty, Halo or Max Payne 2 grew.

What? I have to manually smash vases? OMG! Interactivity defined!
