UnReal World, a graphical survival-oriented roguelike highly recommended by some folks around here, has moved on up to version 3.11.

The new version introduces for example:
tile-graphics overhaul including overlapping, trap-system overhaul, improved NPC behaviour/communication/AI...

...and probably more awful photographs than you can shake a dead squirrel at.
Thanks to Sami for the info.

I like the new graphics, but I think there's less dialog options then before, I could bet there was a "please give me food!" option before.

The digitized graphics always turned me off in my previous attempts to play. So... corny. Really worse than nothing at all in my opinion.

I'm ever so tempted to purchase a Lifetime license for this game but for some reason I just can't quite bring myself to do it...yet. Seems to be so much potential there. Plus I'm a Tile Addict and probably should support this as much as I can.

Without all those incredibly gay pictures (not only the one in the thread), the game would be bearable. They look so incredible noncredible (hell yeah!) and repulsive. I'd rather play this as text only...

I'm not a graphics whore, but this is just too much.

Those gay pictures are just a bunch of jpegs and pngs in /truegfx folder. Just fire up photoshop and replace them with blank sheets or whatever you'd prefer to see there.

Come to think of it... I might do just that myself! :)
