Looks like <A href="http://www.ascaron.com/gb/gb_sacred/gb_sacred_frameset_ie.html">Sacred</a>, one of those <i>action</i> CRPGs from Europe, is going to find it's way to the U.S. market per <A href="http://www.avault.com/news/displaynews.asp?story=12172003-142756">this story</a> on <A href="http://www.avault.com/">AVault</a>. <a href="http://www.encoresoftware.com/">Encore Software</a> is apparently publishing.

Great. I can play a vampire or a half-angel. Bring on the power.

The state of insanity.
I'm just interested to see how they implement the sub/bonus quests and whether or not doing them will actually have an impact on gameplay. I also love some of the creature designs. Definitely looking forward to hearing more about this one, even if it's an actioner.

So this is the one where you get to ride horse, but not dragons; I'll bite, but the graphics do look kind of cow for an "action" RPG.

EDIT: Why the hell is the Vampire a knight during daylight hours?

How about checking the news before posting? :? :)

I don't get it. That it is a night cycle is obvious, but that a Vampire should become a Knight during the day, well that's the part I don't get. There should penalties for vamps who go out during the day not bonuses.
