Not really new, or even recent news, but I'd never heard of it. Anyway, Shattered Light Online is available as a free download for those interested in checking out this updated version of the 1998 game by the same name(minus the Online). While it's called Online, David Potter tells me that you can play it single player and you can also make your own modules for the game as well as create custom graphics for it. You can also check out their forums for additional info and discussion on this.

Probably watching football, you know the game where you actually kick the ball with the feet for most of the game.

You mean panzyball. I'd rather have my football the one where there's a tactical implimentation of the rules.

Well, I like the American version as well. Super Bowl was a great game this year, I just think the name is a bit wrong, since kicking the ball is such a small part of the game (although important as the last 4 seconds demonstrated). Proper football can be a pretty physical game, but not as physical as say rugby. Now rugby, that is a manly sport.

Isn't American Football basically rugby but with big fat guys, girly body armor and lots of standing around? I can see why American Football is so popular in a country where obesity is the national pastime. It might be tactical, but then so is chess and I don't watch that either.
