Actually, I'm not making fun of the game for being bright and colorful. I think it's a novel idea to have a dark future type game that doesn't look like shit for a change. It gives it a <i>Wolf in Sheep's Clothing</i> texture, everything isn't as bad as it looks, it's <i>worse</i>.
