They look quite similar to the Fallout Tactics graphics, I think.
The Pheonix engine looked good. Shame about the bugs though.

Argh! FOT is as slow on 1.2Ghz Duron / 640Mb RAM / GeForce 2 Ti 64Mb as it was on my old 350Mhz P2 / 128Mb RAM / Riva TNT (first one) !
