She's one of my favorites in the whole game... different strokes and all that. As for her "penis obsession" for saying lines involving the word dick 3 times, I'm fairly sure she's just supposed to be crass and half drunk all the time, nothing more and nothing less. If you like it then yay, if not then oh well, 7 other companions to choose from.

Conclusion:

It’s an essential purchase for RPG fans but those who didn’t click with the previous outing may be better off looking elsewhere.

As somebody already mentioned, apart from a handful of pretty loose references, I really don't think Fallout 1 made such a big deal about the ironic vision of the 50s and the comment on the cold war. They didn't have to overdo it this much in F3 and NV, it's getting quite gimmicky. Fuckin' bobbleheads.

I actually really liked all the companions (especially Boone - who had some psychological issues, but didn't spill his guts about them as soon as you asked, and thus didn't come off as an emoish Biowarian Kart guy - and Veronica), although I guess Lily is over the top. But not Tabitha over the top, it's just that they dipped a nice old lady in the vats.

What separates Boone from the Bioware emo types is that he's got a fairly realistic response to both what happened at Bitter Springs and later when he was forced to you-know-what. Instead of going emo, he became an angry vengeful man who just doesn't talk about the things that haunt him.

I actually liked Lily a lot when I encountered her, and couldn't consider persuading her to take a full dose of the medication since it would wipe out her memories of her grandchildren.
