A Question About The TES Anthology

Does anybody know if the releases in the Elder Scrolls Anthology have been improved and fixed? The original versions of Arena and Daggerfall contained multiple bugs and errors due to their size, so did Bethesda refine them or the other games in this package? I can imagine they simple copied the game files and burned them to DVD, but I want confirmation.

I would like to purchase a copy, or the original versions, but one is easier to get a hold off than the other.

While I can't find them right now, I'm pretty sure I remember people posting somewhere that the versions contained in the Anthology are either the unpatched release versions or not patched to the latest version.

In any case, the easiest way to play Arena and Daggerfall nowadays is by using the installers found here and
here.
