I personally like Albion's art direction. It's simple enough to run decently on mobile devices while looking surprisingly good when zoomed out on PC.
No, it quite literally looks like ass. Who thought this artistic direction is acceptable?
Früher hatte sie ein weißes Kleidwait this game has a sub but you have to pay a sub for every single character?! lul and it also has an item shop?! so I guess it's p2w too?
inb4 NO YOU JUST BUY TIME SAVERS THATS TOTES NOT P2W
gib handle, i krafte dir a very long staffBought it, it's ok. I guess in a few months / weeks it's another of these games where you don't stand a chance if you don't join a huge clan and turn the game into a full time job
EDIT2: you don't need multiple characters on Albion, as you can max everything on a single character.
Then again every second thing I've read about Albion is how you should specialise in something since the game systems punish all-rounded characters, especially for craftingEDIT2: you don't need multiple characters on Albion, as you can max everything on a single character.
ok this is really cool.
Btw the breast size of the female chars is retarded. I'm not trying to be feminazi here but this is kinda stupid and makes me feel like I am playing a nerd's masturbation fantasy :<
At least armors aren't mail bikinis
Just like in Darkfall everyone can be everything. Unlike in Darkfall, you don't have to. And unlike Darkfall you don't need a year to become viable. Then again every second thing I've read about Albion is how you should specialise in something since the game systems punish all-rounded characters, especially for craftingEDIT2: you don't need multiple characters on Albion, as you can max everything on a single character.

Merlyn update, which went live in July 31, introduced faction based warfare - now you can go to each of the Royal continent's city and associate with it, and after that you'll be able to kill players - with full loot - in blue regions who are also flagged for faction PvP, for a different faction (city). This brought back much action to the Royal continent which was previously just a newbie/bot zone. There is quite a lot of players online, contrary to earlier predictions by some the game didn't die, probably because the devs seem to actually be investing the money they earn back into the game to make it better after a fairly rocky launch. A recent event, which still goes for 20 days or so, rewards a bat mount for daily casual/PvE/gathering activities.
As to whether it's worth to try, it's currently the only other game besides Eve with full loot PvP and a single master server, so that should suffice for an answer for anyone. What Albion currently has which Eve doesn't AFAIK is that Albion's GvG is still going on (Eve, I heard, is just one unified alliance in which guilds don't fight each other anymore, though I can be wrong).
