For those of you interested in Anito, the recently announced, may come out soon, adventure CRPG set in colonial Asia, I've posted up an interview with Niel Dagondon of Anino Entertainment. Oh yeah, there's also about a dozen screenshots you can check out as well.
Well, not really. One option would be to select the female character, whose storyline is not as heavy on combat as the male counterpart. However, you will have your nails dirtied at significant points in the game. For the few hand - picked parts you have to be involved in however, the rewards would be satisfying.

Oh well, that's a bummer. But hey, unique setting bonus points!

Let's see if this thread can be dedicated to the game, rather than the Filipino people...

The game looks far too action oriented to fully suit my tastes, but hey, I enjoyed most of Divine Divinity so you never know.

Action is not always bad, if thats all a game is trying to do and does it right. Jagged Alliance 2 and Wizardry are good examples of mainstream games that are essentially only combat and do it pretty well.
