I used this one in my first and only playthrough. Didn't run into any noticeable bugs, so I guess it's OK.

That patch is just 1.0b8 repackaged. Download the original 1.0b8 from TPB. Just search for TSLRP.

There is a pack of mods for Kotor:tsl named Holowan Plugin 2.

It adds a lot of new skins, items etc. to the game, and it makes the game much more difficult. It restores some of the lost content, too. Storyline is unaffected, shitty combat is improved (but still shitty), overall game is better, check it out.
