Let say somebody rated your post with a Goldfist. Is it possible to exchange that Goldfist into 100 brofists?

As for Goldfists, you can exchange them at Gun Runners, but you'll have two wait 4 days for their caps to be restocked.
Or just exchange them for ammunition, it's weightless anyway.

In this current market, the best we can do is one "Funny" from Crispy.
You can convert them for longer ban, which in itself can be of great therapeutic effect.
