Yeah.

Being too positive didn't help, his jokes are usually based on complaints. I was baffled to hear he supposedly liked the beginning and Neeson's voice acting, and I found it awkward when he mentioned shooting off people's testicles when he should have complained about the missing option to shoot off people's testicles instead.

Since FO3 is no RPG, I would say he is reviewing the right thing.

It is no fps either. Or, if it is, it is a pretty shitty one.

Fallout 3 is blandness incarnated.
