This whole incident reminds me of this.
Ok that was about Dragon Age, but it's only a matter of time until you can alternate the appearance of Morrigan, Sten and Zevran too. If you can't do it already.
edit: OMG OMG! I didn't even look at the appearance pack but now I looked at it and noticed that THane and Jack can has cool sunglasses!!1!1
