And it would be shit.

Bioware lacks the writing talent necessary for making a proper superhero RPG.

And I'd hate to see a SUPERPOWERED Anocarth Skyden.

BTW Beast Wars should definately be an RPG.

Haha, I came into this thread to say that Beast Wars would make a great tactical turn-based squad game.

Heck
Ninja Turtles RPG.

Leonardo leads (charisma)
Donatello does machines (high mechanics)
Raphael is cool but crude (intimidation? bluff?)
Michaelangelo is a party dude (um...charisma?)

Different weapon specializations. April O'Neill romance option.

I was going to mention something about a Thundarr the Barbarian RPG, and in viewing the wiki page for that show, I noticed this claim:

The Computer role-playing game Wizardry has a brief once-only appearance of the trio on the final level.

(The trio being Thundarr, Princess Ariel, and Ookla the Mok, of course)

Is this true? I played Wiz1 back in the day, but I don't remember them making an appearance in it. Either that or I just never caught it...
