Doesn't South Korea (and possibly a few others) already have something like this?
South Korea used to have curfew (Cinderella Law) between 00:00 to 06:00 for children below the age of 16, but that was buried in 2021 and was sort of already dead in 2014 because parents could request their children to be whitelisted from it.
