Somebody tipped over the bucket of ghey in the advertising department.

That wasn't a bucket. That was a hastily built pyramid of gallon jugs - some full - some half full - stacked without any regard to their positioning. As such, one jug fell and the rest crumbled, filling the room with gratuitous amounts of gay*.

*Disclaimer: No I didn't get that idea from the Anal Blast YouTube video, it just popped into my mind. Ok maybe subconsciously. But my point still stands.
