I find it kinda funny how the prologue is obviously written with male character in mind. You have to wonder where the hell are your maternal instincts if you play a womyns.

Doubtful, very doubtful. A man like Chris Avellone has enough prestige in the game dev world, that he can pretty much say what the fukc he want, ain't nobody can do shit about it.

He's pretty much the rock-star of game development. so.

It's all about communication, any big retailer can fuck up when there are hundreds of stores, at the end of the day, it only takes one employee to put it out on display, since retail copies arrive a few days prior to release date.

If you want to survive in any industry, you shouldn't badmouth people unless you have evidence of bad behaviour or stuff like that. It's common sense.

I don't think its about him not wanting to shit talk people in the industry.

For Chris, new Fallout game coming out is a free publicity. As simple as that. He's not stupid, he knows that launch of such a massive franchise, shit or not, is increasing his public profile. Media will run articles about Fallout, they will remind people of how franchise begun, they will mention MCA's name, and so on and so on.

Its not accident that Fargo and Feargus suddenly decided to now comment to remind the world about their role in creating the franchise, or why Cain is at the launch party.

Same reason why, say, Jason Newsted has no problem showing up for Metallica receiving some lifetime achievement award, even if he's no longer in a band.

I just watched the video. First impression: I'm not a stickler for graphics, but when you are trying to convey dramatism and your graphics are so bad, what's supposed to look dramatical looks comical.

From what I know, I don't think the story or "game systems" are worth commenting on. They tried to make a movie, so let's judge it like one.

Fallout 4 won't surpass Skyrim in sales just because it's releasing in new generation consoles, and the user base isn't that meaningful yet.They'll launch TES6 when the consoles reach 100m sold each one and they'll break all records.

Because if one retailer did it by mistakes, others do it to avoid loss, and if distributor can't control this, they will suck it up, because it's a buyer's market.

Read what I wrote. I said it deserves to flop, I didn't say it would. At least not commercially. There's still an outside chance this will get a less than stellar critical reception if the leaks are anything to go by, but I may be underestimating how retarded Bethdrones can be. We'll see.
