Rosh is a walking talking scarecrow. He's pretty much what anyone can point to when they go "SEE LOOK ALL FALLOUT FANS ARE CRAZY AND HATE EVERYTHING!"




Also, Fallout isn't inaccesable to console players, it's just easier to make people desire a shit game then it is to make a good one.
