Seeing how I'm brofisting most of the selections here, I'll try to bring something else, or often overlooked, to the table :

(This one's a remix, but it's pretty much worth it.)

Awesome man. Have you heard Rhapsody on a Theme of SaGa Frontier 2?

Masashi Hamauzu put out an arrange album and it's very good, one of the few arrange albums that I think is better than the music in the game.

There are also a lot of really good amateur arrangements too.

Fuck yes a thousand times. I've been regularly listening to Rhapsody of a Theme for more than ten years, now. Can't count how many times I did without a hint of lassitude.

If you want to prolong that experience, Hamauzu released an album akin to this one, "Vielen Dank" (named this way as an hommage to his years learning music in Germany) :

What Jasede said, There is a lot of good music. This is probably what I remember and some of them I only remembered after I saw in this thread.

Suikoden is my favorite series. Breath of Fire III my first RPG I played and the reason I learned English and I loved Garr and Rei. SMT Nocturne and DDS are pretty great and Wild Arms was amazing.
