Merci, we can have le STALKER at le home, merde?

Made by some former STALKER dev. Looks interesting.

Disclaimer: I haven't played any STALKER games... yet.

Sentient forest FPS with a focus on environmental utility is a pretty rare genre. Description seems like it's an exploration game with factions and gun mod.

If you ask me, making a game set in France and not making it stereotypically French is a mistake. Give me French caricatures going "hon hon hon, sacrebleu" as they fight with baguettes while wearing those striped shirts. It would be so charming. Give me some mimes, too. Imagine all the fun stuff you can come up with there. Give them the power to make their mimed objects real. Have them shoot their imaginary guns to hurt their enemies. Mime an invisible wall into existence to stop a charging enemy.
Stereotypes are funny, and I say that even when my own country has some not so flattering stereotypes. Let's have some fun with them.
