Eh, I don't know. I mean, ancient turn based SRPGs aren't hard to get to feel right, unlike action games.

Anyway, so far this doesn't seem all that bad to me. What was it you were hoping for?

For example, that Phantasie collection that was released recently was such a no-effort cash grab, it completely killed everything. But they literally did no work on it, didn't even release it with the proper manuals and just did some sort of .exe re-release of the worst versions of the games.

In contrast, this is miles ahead of that. It's not even in the same category.

Eh, I know I'm being harder on these remakes than I need to be. They're fine if you have no other way to play the originals. But that's just the thing. There is pretty much no reason not to just play the originals instead.

They did the Panzer Dragoon and House of the Dead remakes too
TBF, the Panzer Dragoon remake was well done, and it included the OG game as well.
Does this remake of FM2 include something new? How's the translation? Are there obvious "localizers' inanities" that radically change the dialogue (ie: the C-Word or "chud")?

Bros, come on, I'm playing it right now, it's good SRPG game, ball hard too.

Mostly everything in-tact, there seems to be some unique bonus mech tho.
Translation is literary so far, no bastardisation.
