Personally I haven't encountered that many bugs playing the game. My char got stuck twice in a wall and once did the teleportation stones something unexpected. Other than that the game has been running great.

Seems like gothic 3 was patched a lot since most of the reviews that I've read. Either that or I'm a lucky bastard.

Well, which version did you play?


The first patch was released on or even before the release date. Several patches later we're at version 1.12 which finally solves a very annoying ambient sound bug.
The game is still in great need of patching, what with the non-functional perks and unfinishable quests and stuff.
