The Gamescom Indie Arena Booth has also moved online and as with the Steam Game Festival back in June, free demos of upcoming indie games will be available on the platform through the weekend. Among them are a few demos for noteworthy upcoming RPGs. Most of these were already available in June, but the demo for Gamedec (which is presumably the game's recently released backer build) is new.

This is actually part of an elaborate virtual convention that you can access through your browser, where the developers of these games will be running various additional events. You can check out their Steam pages for additional details on that.

Ostranauts has the same demo as before (from PAX, if I recall correctly ? ) or it's an updated version?

Same question for Solasta.

lukaszek yeah, it's time-limited. Backer's from kickstarter got access to the extended version of this demo. We had long discussions about that, but people decided to cut it.

Genuine question from a much smaller dev, why not make it content-limited rather than time-limited? One is industry-standard and the other is generally highly unpopular.
