I think Calis wants the codex to be notable enough to be mentioned on wikipedia. And that requires editorial control!.
Editorial control these days comes in the form of angry letters and bribes from corrupt publishers.

Is this what the delay is? Are Atari taking their time to approve it and dispatch the hookers and complimentary bobble heads? :conspiracy:
