HTML disabled

Due to a potential security hole identified by OldSkoolKamikaze, I've disabled HTML for now. It means the news and content forums will be seriously fuck up man when you read news items in the forums but we're working on fixing that shortly.

UPDATE: News items have been fixed for proper display in the forum. Let me know if you spot any errors.

Source code for a little hack just to make HTML work in news posts and nowhere else. Upgrading the forum software still requires re-coding the entire front end and oh look...
