I wasn't too fond of Morrowind, but I loved the scenery and quests in Bloodmoon. Of course, most mods require Tribunal and/or Tribunal plus Bloodmoon installed.

Farmer Mod - I haven't tried this, but apparently you can get a plantation, buy slaves, and put them to work as a way to make money.

I've been running around with the expanded viewdistance thing and it isn't bad. With the FPS Optimizer you can push the object detail back a fair ways so the distant empty terrain isn't so jarring. The expanded viewdistance makes Solstheim look like crap though. That island really does need fog.

It was made due to the rather surprising (to me anyway) public outcry on the ESF forums after I used the underwear based better bodies models for Better Bodies for Beasts. I patently refused to add anything for the Argonians, but thereafter consistent whining from the downloading public forced a nude and non-nude version of almost all of my better bodies based races . . . I don't really know or want to know why people want that sort of thing on their "critter" races but it wasn't too much trouble to make and stopped the whining so . . .

Also, the Twin Lamps mod was good.

As for any beast-race related mod, i'd say Slof is ONE OF THE modders to check out.

...come to think of it, some of her MW art and FF are beast-race oriented too. I can;t really tell why. As she doesn't really bear the traits of being a full-blown furry.

Although I think I read somewhere that she had cats...

Looked at OOO some time ago, but it changed some things that I didn't want changed so I'm not likely to use it based on description. Again, based on description, I think that I'd prefer Francesco's mod along the same lines but changing fewer things.

Believe it or not I did look high and low for decent mods to use while attempting to play before giving up, and some day I mean to go ahead and re-try the game with a boat load of mods, but I just motivate myself to try right. In any event I really doubt that the mods will be able to fix many of the more annoying problems as I beleve that they are hardcoded into the engine itself...

Realism Is for the people who seem to think that heroes wander around ass naked, And the equality was a statement directed mainly in her mentioning that Argonians didn't have it at first, but they were begging her to do it because the Khajiits got it. neither Of the statements pertained to my personal view.

And just to let you know, (I can't remember HOW many times I said this) I'm not fucking homosexual.

Calm down, I wasn't directing my remarks specifically at you, rather it was at the attitude that says "I need my male character to have a fully articulated dick, or else I just can get immersed into the game."

People who go on trying to rationalize a pathetic need by candycoating it with the realism excuse have some issues that need to be dealt with offline. I mean, I really don't care if this need exists. I asked a nudity fan if they would really go through the process of stripping off a bandit's moldy underwear while looting his stuff to sell, and the response was that they really would have peeled it off and tried to sell it.

This "discussion" comes up on TESF once in a while. Here's a few fascinating things I learned from these wonderful threads:

- Anti-nudity is entirely America's fault, every single American is against nudity, and it's entirely impossible for any other country or individual to even have the slightest resistance to nudity. FACT.

- "Realism" means the men still have perma-underwear while the women bounce around clothesless at every opportunity.

- If you're a guy and install a nude mod that includes male characters, you're gay.

- If you're a girl and you install a nude mod that includes female characters, you're cool.

- Charcters being naked is the most important part of any game, period.

The question is, if the game included various body types for things like fat, sickly and frail/leatery old age, just how many of these people would still run their nude mods? Would those mods conveniently only work for a certain age range? That really defines if these people really want "realism" (can stand truly realistic stuff) or they're just in it for the masturbation material like everybody else.

Like Data4, I couldn't really care if people want to run this stuff. It's their freedom, but completely lying about it is just fucking retarded. I get the sense that people just want this for the porn because they cry realism when the nude bodies are perfectly sculpted, perfectly tanned, voluptuous supermodel forms and are used for rugged hero characters that wade through swamps, Gates of Hell(tm), and get fatally beat on 500 times a day. You encounter some amazon in a damp cave past some flooded pathways and it looks like she just came out of some beauty salon in Beverly Hills. Realism my ass.

Finally figured out what the heck you were trying to say, and yeah I try to tend to be a stickler for my own viewpoint of things being "proper" i.e. if the parts seem reasonably biologically appropriate then it seems "natural" and doesn't bother me per se, although I don't have any particular need or desire for nude races of any sort.

Admittedly I do use the better bodies nude version in my morrowind but if you want to use any skimpy clothing on either gender, the underwear textures tend to hang out leading to - ewwww. Could just fix the underwear textures but then I'm lazy.

Slof is an amazingly talented graphic artist so all of her textures are original and hand-painted (being untalented, I go for photo-realism). She seems to really enjoy males though, fur bearing or not, as in both her mods and fan art their parts are always . . . erm emphasized.

Another lady I know has written a partial novel about an alien race with all sorts of interesting lore which just happens to be a hermaphrodite race, so I consented to help her out with it since it didn't really take me much effort to skin and figure out how to mix and match things. I even have a character belonging to said race, but I make sure "she" keeps pants on at all times . . .

Morrowind mods are all about catering to the minority, there are some out there that I think just like to know that there's a facsimile of sexuality on their video game characters, others I'm sure get their jollies off of it. I don't care so long as people are happy . . . I just don't want to know which it is
