Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
Started playing one of the campaigns. The mod seems fine but is the campaign designed by 14 year olds? Its that bad.

Opening cine:

"The Enemy Radair"(sic)
*Radar site shown*

"The Enemy Airfield"
*Airflield shown*

"The Enemy Troops"
*Infantry runs around*

"The D-33 Commandos"
*Dropship flying*

Started the campaigns and fucked around in the editor. A bit rough, but seriously awesome. Many, many units are in (granted, a lot of models are stolen from DoW), the balance is more or less like in fluff - Orks are huge and incredibly tough, rail rifles can kill anything, guardsmen are poorly protected (though better then modern soldiers) but more or less competent. Due to almost everyone having some armor, the gameplay is a bit more forgiving than in vanilla - even a guardsman can survive a few ork shots to the body. And stopping a burna boy charging straight at you with 5-6 full power lasgun shots or outflanking and plasmaing an enormous Mega Armored Nob is very satisfying. Must play.
Oh, and there are Gargants. And aircraft. And jump packs. And psykers.

I wanted to try it but wasn't sure if there is at least decent single-player element - e.g. campaign/missions. I'm too lazy to build my own missions in the editor and they aren't fun after you spend a week constantly relaunching to test them.

Yeah, 3 campaigns, 2 of which feature really horrible English. The gameplay is decent, though. The editor is pretty fun if you just put in a lot of shit, script an advance for one side and join it or hold the line.
