Best in Hell, new JA-like game but in first person view.

One mercenary team (think Jagged Alliance) against regular army backed by 30+ countries, supplying with weapons, ammo, mercenaries, intel and money. One city to take. Each battle matters.

Game based on PMC Wagner and battle for Bakhmut. You play as squad commander in target-rich (ukranian conscripts, neo-nazi Azov fanatics, US and Polish mercenaries) enviroment.

Where is map to manage squads, militia and other assets?
Can I create my own char? What stats are there?
Can I hire different mercs with different personalities, skills and gear?
Can I walk freely through the country in 1st person with my squad while communicanting with others far away in real time?
Can I talk to NPCs and does that lead to different quests and outcomes?

Wouldn't a first person ja2 play something like Battlezone? You'd play from the pov of the IMP and use the laptop for all the grand scale stuff, then if you were actually in a combat have to give vague orders you hope get carried out by the mercs in the area.
