That would be biting more than they can chew. They use western publishers for that. Though I have no intern information on how the Russian->English thing works in such enterprises. I know only about Russian localization department.

Visual style is fine (though I always would rather have more believable style with blood and gore), I just seriously doubt the combat will have the depth needed to keep me interested. Why are all the TBed games coming out simplified (possible exception of JA3)? Almost makes TBed combat pointless.

Oh no, seeing that tall tower on the first screenshot... I hope it won't be the piece of shit HoMM5 Rotation Playing Game. It really suffered horribly from the 3D for the sake of 3D syndrome.
