I'm coding Goatse RPG - currently looking for texture artists.
It's definitely skill based, not many skills but very important.
Governing attribute is of course Strengh - and it influences Horizontal Stretch and Vertical Stretch skills.
I should go with the business current, therefore I'm implementing a minigame for console version where the speed in which you wave the controller increases the skills.
Next gen means good graphics, so it's important that the large intestine and anus are properly bump mapped.

It isn't. That's the first thing I thought when I heard about this game as well, so I torrented it immediately. Unfortunately, it has too much grinding, the art isn't all that good, and the dialogue isn't lulzy enough. I am, however, considering running an LP of a more conventional dating sim. Anybody got any suggestions?

Maybe you could try Rapelay. That thing never worked for me, because of the weird Japanese writing that I didn't understand [so I couldn't install it] but I heard of others who got it to work.

Not that this is a conventional dating sim either, though.

Bible Black. It's not so called jRPG, but has more choice & consequence moments than most of them, and is in English. Typical "hidden satanic society" story told in a refreshingly hentai way. There are few funny hentai ways to die. It has a high replaying value because of it's C&C. I don't remember tentacles but there's better stuff, IMO. Japanese are fucking inventive.
Also, the graphics has potential to make your keyboard sticky.

Of course there's a lot of typical jRPG narration (some of it surprisingly funny) which is endlessly flowing through the screen, so you have to click your way through it.
