There's Open X-Com btw, which is a nearly perfect remake of the original with bugfixes and lots of nifty new features. No word on how long TFTD will take to be implemented, but it's definitely planned.

The constant wipes are slowly beggining to get tedious.
Use more grenades, maybe/ Prime them in the Triton, then pass a live grenade to the frontline via a relay of aquanauts. Works great with both Sonic Pulsers and conventional grenades.
Also, really, really load the Triton to the brim with aquanauts, so that you have RESERVES.

UPDATE 14:I HATE MC

No updates were uploaded yesterday because of me coming back from holidays (7 hour trip) and being exhausted.Sorry :D

Here are our rookies.

Half our expenses are rookies,the other half is equipment.

We complete research of the sonic cannon,and get a Coecalanth which will be used on terror missions mostly.

Also we spot a small sub,which we can only follow with the triton.

We lose it and spot it again.

Let's hope this isnt a complete disaster.

It is SO tedious to re-arrange what everyone carries every mission.NO you must load your gas cannon with explosive rounds not armor piercing : x
