Anything. Anything at all.

About her family (her father in particular), about her time in Kaimei zaibatsu, about her childhood, about her future - you know, the same stuff we talked about with Amanozaki the night before.

About her earlier words, how "things would not have gotten to this state if-", though I have no interest in pursuing the topic.

She has probably guessed by now that we have lost our memory.

AA - I don't trust Uehara, but Maeda is ok. Let's start our relationship by being honest.

Alright, I'll see if I can't squeeze in some exposition that may or may not be red herrings while Shinoseki's trying to saw off his own hand.
Well, the idea was to have a talk with her if we chose to rest, but I can't say no to it now that I have that mental image stuck at my head.

How do you even use a surgical set to cut off your own hand? Serious question. I never saw one, and I have a hard time imagining how you do it while having enough sensitivity left to operate the device. Anesthetics? Willpower?

This is a battery-powered electric bone saw for medical usage. When the trigger is depressed, the flat blade on the top oscillates rapidly. It behaves like a more refined and controllable chainsaw.

Anesthetics? Willpower?

That bottle of alcohol is proving to be surprisingly useful in many potential ways.

How much alcohol would it take for Shinoseki to start hitting on women?

Maybe we are beelining for wrong locations each night.

treave is the second choice a choice if we trust Maeda or not? Are we deliberately hiding the information about the charm from her or we just don't talk about it because we find it an uninteresting topic?

Oh, FFS. We'll pass out from the pain of sawing off our own hand and have another time skip. Besides, what are you worried about? Gangrene?

Anyway, we should ask her about it. She doesn't have to know it was from the tree and even if she guesses it, we can say we didn't trust uehara.

I am worried about falling unconscious because our whole hand is a giant mess of wrecked nerves.

I have no idea how to run, or even to move quickly with a condition like that. Anyone kicks us in the injured arm, and we will be doubling over in pain.

Anyway, we should ask her about it. She doesn't have to know it was from the tree and even if she guesses it, we can say we didn't trust uehara.
I imagine that we aren't so much as deliberately hiding things from her as - as written in the choice itself - do not see the point of telling.

What exactly does she need to know this for? To try and take it from Uehara? We don't know why it is important and what to do with it, and neither does she. Maybe it is better to let the sleeping dogs lie.

Oh, and she will know it is from the tree. Simply because Uehara was trying to get us to confess we got something, and now the amulet is missing and we are asking about it. What is she, stupid?

Still, if the question is asked, it might be important. Eh. AA, perhaps. Don't feel strongly either way.

Reason why I want to ask her is because she might've been the one that took it. We are just assuming Uehara took it. That or it could be hidden somewhere and Maeda may have seen where etc.

And just how would she know that was the something? It doesn't matter though. It is explainable. I think.

It's true, though I have a hard time imagining why would she.

I don't think anyone would go through the trouble of stealing an amulet just to hide it.

Also, do remember that Taketatsu is working for the other team, and he is still her fiance. Should the two of them meet, we may be providing information to the enemy.

There are quite a few things to consider.

On the other hand, if we cut off our hand, it's pretty manly. May even turn Maeda on more...

Meh. Wishful thinking.
“Why would you hurt yourself to save others?” she asks softly, thoughtfully, as if reminded of something that had happened in the far past.
I tthink we got something cut off before. That would explain a lot of quirks in our behavior.
