That's even cooler then. "DO I BRAVELY DIVE AT EVIL EMPEROR SINISTUR AND KNOCK HIM INTO THE REACTOR SACRIFICING MYSELF" is less interesting than "Well shit, I knew I shouldn't have let those evil space bugs live, but when it looked at me with those big alien eyes from the corpse it was possessing to speak to me, why, I couldn't kill it. They've all but officially revealed that Shepard won't be the main character in Mass Effect 3.
