Liara is coming back and she was always the canonical love interest. With the possible exception of Tali (because of fans) I bet every other romance will be glanced over fairly quickly.

And their next masterpiece ME4 will be set in an alternate universe, so they will be able to use the story completely unrelated to previous games.

Hopefully there will be a special edition. I always feel the need to support developers. I would feel unease if I didn't support such an (A)WESOME team as Bioware by preordering a $100 collector's / special / fanboi edition of their gamez.

Well I think it really depends what TIM wanted, if you decide to blow up the Collectors Base he complains a lot about it and even orders Miranda to stop you if she is there.

So did TIM brought Shepard back to stop the Reapers or did he did it so he could get access to Reaper technology?

ME2 ending might look the same but there are consequences on what you do, blowing up the base means pissing off TIM and break away from Cerberus as just taking the Base means you did want TIM wanted too.
