Indie game that is not well known at all, but imho is one of the best bang-for-your-buck indie games, along with games like Galcon and Smugglers 4. The gameplay is very simple, but requires quite a bit of thinking to win the enemy:

- Game is turn based, similar to Master of Orion/Civilization/4X games
- You move your ships from planet to planet to conquer
- Your ship production increases as you conquer more planets
- You can upgrade (increase) ship production at each planet, at the expense of not producing ships in that particular planet for one round
- Full game offers you a custom mode that lets you toy around with the settings of the map
- Highly addictive, would make a great multiplayer game as the AI is pretty stupid even at the highest settings

Indie freaks, give this a try and post your opinions here. Took me a while to get used to the simplicity of it. Felt a bit random at first, but it's one of those games whereby the more you play, the more you understand what's going on, and the better you play, even if you think you're pretty good
