GameSpy have posted a review of Morrowind expansion pack Tribunal. They give it a score of 78% and point out faults with the path finding of the newly added pack rats and peculiar sound problems.

"Tribunal introduces a few bizarre sound problems, such as invisible monsters (that make noise but aren't actually there) and an incessant thumping sound when traveling around the island of Vvardenfell. When you first hear this sound you'll spin around checking every possible angle for an attack that never arrives. The thumping sound occurs at the most mundane times, such as when walking around a city or traveling through a meadow and even when walking into a dungeon. This isn't a huge issue, but it's strange all the same."

Hmmmm....odd.
