Master of Orion 2. Galaxy-scale genocide and evaporating planets with multibillion population FTW.

I just have to play Harvester now, thanks people.
Don't.

Seriously, don't.

It's a horrible, horrible game. It came out during the FMV craze but it actually doesn't have that much video. Dialogs all consist of static portraits being displayed while the VOs play. Even KQ5 animated its portraits FFS! The writing is incredibly juvenile, the story makes no sense, the puzzles are either inanely easy or shitty pixel hunts, the VOs are atrocious, and even the game's selling point (the violence) is hilarious thanks to lulzy bluescreening and special effects. To add insult to injury both endings are utter shit.

Game's got no redeeming values whatsoever.

I appreciate the warning but it's one of those situations where I just have to see for myself. I knew before I decided to play it that it's probably going to be full of stupid shit, I'm well prepared. It's not like I'll be buying it anyway.

Demonophobia.

Don't know if anyone knows this game but it's so sick that guro-lovers consider it "pure glory".

Always wanted to make a let's play of it but couldn't stomach it.

"I'd say he died of natural causes."

"What? His spine was torn out of his body!?!"

"Can't live without a spine. Ain't nothing more natural than that."

Hey, it's your life. I understand your attitude, some things you just have to see for yourself. I'm interested in seeing your reaction though - with the preconception of the game you may actually find it not as bad as I did back then (with all the hype it got too).
