Hello folks!

My name is Fluent and I'm an avid RPG gamer of more than 20 years. I am a member of the RPGWatch team as well, and occasionally write reviews and articles about RPGs.

I was told some of you may like this, so here I am, posting my Elminage Gothic Let's Play. Currently the LP is 47 epic episodes deep and probably over 50 hours of total content, so there is plenty to watch and hopefully enjoy here.

Will I continue the LP past Episode 47? Probably! I haven't played the game in awhile as frankly I've been distracted with 50 million other RPGs, but if you guys enjoy this and want to see more, I will consider continuing the LP.

Though there are about two more threads concerning the game.

'Codex isn't big on youtube/video LP's because they're usually not very informative. If you want to see how a real Codex LP is done study Crooked Bee's Wizardry 4 LP right here: http://www.rpgcodex.net/forums/index.php?threads/lets-play-wizardry-4.70586/

Study that LP very hard. It will change your entire world-view on what LP's are and how they should be done. (And why RPGCodex disdains videotaped playing sessions).

Hey all.

Thanks for the comments! I'll admit, this Let's Play was done blindly as can be, i.e. it's my first run through this game ever, and as such I'm not that knowledgable at first. Of course, as we play more things become more clear and I learn a lot of new things about the game, and hopefully you will too as you watch.

I don't claim to be the best LP'er, but I do like to do them for fun in my spare time. I always choose RPGs because I am a huge RPG fan for about 25 years now, starting when I was very young. I go for a more relaxed, natural style playthrough that is family friendly and safe for all viewing ages. However, I do explore game systems and enjoy learning about the games as I play them, discovering new mechanics and strategies as I play.

So, hopefully you guys and gals can dig that. I have many other unfinished LPs as well, if you'd like to check them out. Feel free to subscribe and follow along as I'm always making new RPG-related videos.
