<a href="http://www.hot.ee/fallout/">TeamX</a> has released <A href="http://www.hot.ee/fallout/mapper2.zip">Mapper 0.97b</a>, which is their map editor for <a href="http://www.interplay.com/fallout">Fallout</a> and <A href="http://www.interplay.com/fallout2">Fallout 2</a>.
