There really weren't many hard decisions in ME, but I still think the Rachni queen was a pretty good one. While yes, we only fought biotic psycho tools, if you read the codex entries on the Rachni and talk to Rex, it does give a bunch of back ground info on them that made my choice a lot harder.

That's really the only situation I found myself in a predicament though.

Asari Plant commando was really stupid I agree, so was talking to the council 90% of the time. No matter what choices you make, they are ALWAYS against you. Maybe Bioware did this intentionally though, so that it would seem more like Humans were still under heavy pressure from the bigger races.
