Having the actual npcs of the stronghold text adventure physically be there would be nice (this jRPG from the 90s did that - Suikoden 2) but I mostly just care that the stronghold gets more and more populated as I develop it. So, some random cobblers, bakers, chimney sweeps, etc should be walking around there as the place gets better. I would assume they would do that.

As i supposed, the NPCs actually walk around the main hall :) yeeeeeeeeeeh, i wonder if we could simply burst the bad visitors with our blade in da face rather than paying
