I would keep it similar to the current Drama section

I wouldnt ban anyone for using certain words but I would just move any of the repetitive and tiresome threads dedicated to Culture Wars and Wokeness to the Drama section so its contained

Personally I would move Codex's servers to neutral waters so no jurisdiction will govern the forums. This will get rid the owners from a lot of problems, but also will make this place insufferable to use after some time

This place is one of the last bastions of genuine free speech. Yes, there needs to be some line there regards poster behavior, but that line should be as far back as possible and definitely shouldn't include banning any words.

Thats the thing, all this outrage and drama is not about censorship or freedom of speech

This is about the Drama section and how threads created specifically around wokeness or Culture wars now get moved to that section because they were becoming very common in the normal gaming thread which is suppose to be about gaming. But this would apply to threads specific to culture wars and if you go to the Drama thread you will see what I mean. Its the same reason there is a political section on Codex, its makes sense to separate politics from gaming and have its own section


It still surprises me what anyone is unhappy about because no one is saying anyone cant rant and rave about the state of gaming. In fact you now have a dedicated section created exactly for threads about culture wars and wokeness in gaming?
