I have a problem with Rance X. There is no way it could possibly live up to what I have hyped it up to be.

悪 generally means evil.

Actually his name means Yakuza (boss?). Evil department. Or it could be grabbed from Chinese, thus his name is "evil man who's issuing orders". This kanjis are actually identical in meaning in Japanese.

Playing Kicho... Kao... Kichikuou for first time. (Of course I cheat to see wat I can do around) And Jesus Christ, it is a bit more complicated then Sengoku when it goes to routes and shit like that. I already fucked the rebelion, slowly fight my way with towns and try to get Chaos back. I use a bit of walkthrough, but nothing more.

Any tips to don't fuck up everything?

- Built Hospital (I know this is important for some characters)
- Get Chaos back.
- Slowly getting Free Nations.
- Time to save girls from prison slowly ends so I will be forced to attack Helman soon.

I also remember about Hing that mage each 2 months and I learned about those lemons. Anything else for now? I don't fucked up anything yet (expect fucking merchant doll) so I think I'm still on true path.

Kichikuou's difficulty goes down a lot once you realize you can whittle down most enemies and that Miki is so abusable.

The route complexity IS going to fuck you at some point, just embrace that.

All right, JAPAN just fall. Sil and Soul are free, lost no one yet, aiming at Creator ending on my first run. Reading only few tips about Creator stage (how to get it) and only that. So pretty much I'm going blind into it.

Mars and zombies are fucking bad, harmless, but fucking bad in sense of attacking every turn and taking my fresh commanders. AL Church is mine, too. Rance is new pope.

So far everything seems good: Two demons killed (Styg and that lightning guy), Nobunaga died after I savescummed to find out his secret.

EDIT: Just allied with Only True Prince of Halman, he seems to be pretty bro. Besides, Rick like him and Rick is bro too.

There also is no 'true' path in Kichikuou.

Some routes require you to knock off Sill for instance plus some sex scenes require Rick or Cordoba to be dead.
Don't mind killing off Sill or Cordoba but killing Rick hurts

So TADA had a very brief update on the blog about Rance X.

Basically the reason there is no news about anything at all and there hasn't been any Rance World Notes updates and they didn't take any questions after Rance 03 was because he's spending all his time working on Rance X because he wants to complete it with no regrets.
