Legends of Murder was pretty cool, but not really an IF-style game. You'd think there would be more of them, considering the simplicity of making text adventures. Guess all the text RPG itches are scratched by roguelikes.

Suzerain is a political simulator that is considered an RPG by the Codex in Current Year, and it depends on a vast amount of text, with the player frequently being given the choice of selecting from a few available options.
