There are four towers surrounding the prison. 3 have snipers that one-hit you. The one in the NW can be killed by poking around the corner by the back-door, but there's no spot as near as I can tell where you can get a better than 2% chance of hitting the one to the SE, who instantly interrupts and one-hits anyone who crosses an invisible line between his tower and the south edge of the Comandant's house.

Not that it matters, because even going in the back door, there's no way to stop the prisoners from charging, which means failing the mission, and, from what I understand, getting "game over" after 3 fake missions.

Is it really an RPG though? Seems more like a management sim.
