In Fable 2 & 3. It's an actual achievement in Fable 2. After being propositioned for sex, an NPC follows the player around until a bed is selected. Between this time the player can proposition others, gathering a massive horde unto them. Presumably there's a limit on the number of followers to stop the games from exploding.

I thought so,it's funny I don't remember much controversy over fable at the time concerning sexual shenanigans now of course it would be the only thing the gaming press would be interested in,that and what colour everyone was.
